These cups and plates are made from starch from the ‘tapioca’ plant! It’s come a long way away since school days of lumpy ‘frogspawn!’- (for which you need the flour, not the plates, but you could serve it in our cassava bowls!- full circle) These containers are suitable for all food types, hot, cold, liquid and solid. If you’re feeling like a challenge, and the cupboards are bare, you can even eat them! (although, we have to say, they’re a little dry, even with a nice sauce) The 9" Cassava plate is perfect for an adult size portion, or as a serving plate at childrens' parties.
